The primary role of the wrists in the golf swing is to control the clubface. The better your wrist position, wrist hinge, and wrist action, the easier it is to hit straight shots. Try these wrist mobility and stability exercises to increase clubface control:
1. Wrist Extension Stretch – 1 Set, 10 Reps each side
2. Wrist Flexion Stretch – 1 Set, 10 Reps each side
3. Wrist Supination with Band – 2 Sets, 15 Reps each side
4. Wrist Pronation with Band – 2 Sets, 15 Reps each side
5. Wrist Curls – 2 Sets, 15 Reps each side
